Intuition journal:
Journaling is a creative and therapeutic form of self-expression. Intuitive journaling helps you become more aware of the connection with your inner self.

 

With journaling you record your thoughts, emotions, worries, observations, dreams or wishes. Writing it down clears your head and activates your creative brain. This helps to come up with creative solutions or get new ideas.

 

Among other things, it also ensures that it relieves stress, heals your inner self and makes you mindful. Doing this consistently helps the process of the subconscious mind coming out more. It gives you insight into your own patterns, behaviors and thoughts. This helps you understand yourself better and think about what you can do to feel better. It promotes self-reflection and personal growth.

 

Intuition

Intuition is the ability to understand through unconscious thinking, without prior knowledge or experience. Usually known as your "gut feeling." Everyone has an intuition. However, everyone perceives this in different ways, for example through dreams, images, thoughts or feelings. To strengthen your intuition, it helps to take a moment to write down your intuitive feelings, thoughts, or observations. This strengthens your awareness as they arise, so the more you do this, the stronger you feel when your intuition speaks.

 

How does journaling work?

Take a moment for yourself, experience what comes to mind through your subconscious and write it down. No matter what it is, nothing is weird, experience it and write it down without judging. You can think of it as a form of writing meditation; calmly experience what comes to mind, acknowledge that it is there and then let it go. For some people, it helps to ask yourself open-ended questions and then intuitively write down your feelings, thoughts, or whatever comes to mind. It's also normal if you write more one day than the next, don't think about it too much and don't try to force it.
