Smudge Stick - Wild mint
The smudge sticks are approximately 13-15cm each and are the highest quality, organically grown and carefully hand-picked and packaged in Portugal.

This is how you use a smudge stick
- Light the end
- As soon as it catches fire, blow it out, which will release smoke
- Walk with the stick to the places you want to clean, you can possibly put it in a refractory dish with sand or Abalone Shell.
Disclaimer
Always be careful when using fire and a smoldering smudge stick. These become very hot. Never leave smoldering herbs burning when no one is present. The sand in the shell or bowl helps it to become less hot. Sparks may be released, so be extra careful that they do not land on you, a person, the room or the object. Smudging during pregnancy is not recommended.
