 For versatile use, chill the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for refreshing therapy and headache relief, or microwave it for soothing warmth and relaxation. Before heating or cooling, remove the outer cover, then put it back on after it has cooled. Remember to do a touch test before applying to your eyes or skin.
 Time to relax, place the eye pillow over your eyes, forehead or back of the neck to help you relax, sleep and relieve stress.
 Warm therapy:
 Place the pillow in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Or in 10 second increments until warm to the touch. Make sure the inside of the microwave rotates freely and is clean. Perform a touch test before placing the pillow over the eyes or skin.
 Cold therapy:
 Place the pillow in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Do not leave it on your eyes for more than 10 minutes at a time. Make sure the pillow is at room temperature before placing it in the microwave.
 Stop heating if you hear a pop!
 To maintain freshness, hand wash the eye pillow at 40°C and let it air dry.
