Give yourself a moment of peace, love and renewed energy. The Self Love arrangement is especially for women who want to get closer to their feminine power. Do you sometimes feel insecure and do you want more self-confidence? Are you always busy, busy with others or all kinds of actions and achievements (lots of male energy) and do you long for deep relaxation? Or do you just want to pamper yourself, just because you deserve it? This arrangement helps you to slow down, tune into yourself and just be there for a while.
Foot bath & energetic cleansing
Your Self Love moment starts with a wonderfully bubbling foot bath, enriched with Epsom salt, essential oils and dried rose and hibiscus petals. This immediately relaxes you, gives you a fresh feeling and helps you enjoy the massage that follows even more deeply. During the foot bath you will receive an energetic cleansing with Palo Santo and I will spray a botanical spray around you for an extra feeling of wellbeing.

♡ Reiki with massage – a Japanese relaxation technique that helps to release stress and blockages, restore the energy flow and thus contribute to deep rest, balance and vitality.

Energetic hand massage
You will also receive an energetic hand massage that works on the sacral chakra. The sacral chakra (Svadhisthana) stands for emotions, creativity, sensuality and joy of life. It regulates our expression and connection with ourselves and others. In balance it provides vitality and emotional harmony, while blockages can lead to tension, inhibition or a lack of creativity.
Be Love oil & mist
The feminine and warm essential oil blend. The oil and mist of Rock Your World that are used are infused with rose quartz and support in increasing self-love and confidence. It contains Rosewood (soothes), Geranium (balances), Bergamot (makes happy), Lavendin (emotional balance), Rose (heart opener) and Mimosa and smells floral and of love. The scent brings peace and emotional balance.

Clothing:
You can keep your clothes on during the foot bath. It is useful to wear loose trousers or trousers that you can easily roll up.
You can keep your clothes on during the Reiki and Japanese facial massage treatment as long as your shoulders and neck are accessible. A top with spaghetti straps or a strapless model is most suitable for this.
Hair & make-up (only in combination with facial massage):
Are you still wearing make-up? No problem! I can remove it before the massage, but keep in mind that this will take about 5 minutes of your treatment time. Would you rather spend the entire time on the massage? Then come with a clean face. Eye make-up may remain, although it may run a little.
Please take your hair into account: During the massage I use oil, which can make your hair a bit greasy and not keep its shape. There is a mirror in the practice, so you can style your hair afterwards if you want.
