2. Applicability
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, treatments, appointments, agreements, and deliveries of products through the webshop of Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments.
2.2 By booking an appointment or placing an order, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
2.3 Any deviations from these conditions are valid only if confirmed in writing.
3. Offer
3.1 The offer includes a clear and complete description of the services and/or products provided.
3.2 Any errors or omissions in the offer are not binding for Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments.
3.3 The offer remains valid while stocks last or as long as the service is available.
4. Treatments at the Practice
4.1 Treatments are provided by appointment only at the practice in Wintelre, unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 The client is responsible for providing accurate and relevant health information prior to the treatment.
4.3 All treatments are non-medical and intended for relaxation and general well-being; they do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment.
4.4 In case of doubt about a medical condition or pregnancy, the client should consult a doctor beforehand.
4.5 Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments reserves the right to refuse or reschedule a treatment if it is considered medically or hygienically inappropriate.
5. Cancellation and Changes to Appointments
5.1 An appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
5.2 In the event of cancellation within 24 hours or failure to attend without notice (no-show), 50% of the treatment price will be charged.
5.3 In the event of illness or special circumstances, a suitable solution may be discussed.
5.4 When booking online through the website, the customer will receive an appointment confirmation by email. This confirmation constitutes the agreement.
6. Prices and Payment
6.1 All prices are listed in euros and include VAT.
6.2 Current rates can be found on the official website of Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments.
6.3 When booking a treatment, the client may choose to:
a. Pay directly online during the booking process; or
b. Pay after the session, either in cash, by card, or via payment request at the practice.
6.4 All webshop orders must be paid in advance using one of the available payment methods.
6.5 In case of late payment or chargeback, Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments reserves the right to terminate the agreement or cancel the appointment.
7. Delivery of Webshop Products
7.1 Products are generally dispatched within one working day after the order is placed, unless otherwise stated or temporarily indicated on the website, for example during days off or holidays.
7.2 Orders are shipped via PostNL with Track & Trace, allowing the customer to track the shipment.
7.3 Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
7.4 Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.25 for letterbox parcels and €6.95 for standard parcels.
7.5 Orders of €75 or more qualify for free shipping within the Netherlands.
7.6 Shipping to Belgium/EU costs €9.50.
7.7 If delivery is delayed or a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed by email in a timely manner.
7.8 The risk of damage to or loss of products remains with Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments until the parcel has been delivered to the customer.
8. Right of Withdrawal for Webshop Products
8.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving the products, without giving a reason.
8.2 During the withdrawal period, the customer must handle the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be inspected and assessed to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
8.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments by email at mandy-treatments@outlook.com within the applicable period.
8.4 Following a valid withdrawal, the purchase price will be refunded. If the entire order is returned, the original standard shipping costs will also be refunded.
8.5 If only part of the order is returned, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
8.6 The refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after withdrawal. Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments may withhold the refund until the products have been received or until the customer provides proof that the products have been returned, whichever occurs first.
8.7 The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the customer.
9. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
9.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
a. Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (such as opened oils, rollers, or earrings);
b. Custom-made or personalised products;
c. Services or treatments that have been fully carried out with the client’s prior consent.
10. Return Policy
10.1 Return Period and Notification
a. You may return your order within 14 days of receipt.
b. E-mail your return request to mandy-treatments@outlook.com within this period and include:
– your order number
– which products you wish to return
– the account holder’s name
– your IBAN
10.2 Return Conditions
a. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, intact packaging.
b. Pack items carefully to prevent transport damage.
c. Unless otherwise agreed, the return costs and shipping risk are borne by the consumer.
d. We recommend using a Track & Trace service.
10.3 Exceptions (Non-returnable Items)
a. Hygienic products that have been opened or used (e.g., earrings, oils, rollers).
b. Custom-made or personalised items.
c. Services or treatments fully executed with the client’s consent (see art. 9).
10.4 Refunds
a. Once your return has been correctly registered and received in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original delivery costs (if applicable).
b. Refunds are processed as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receipt of the return or proof of shipment, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
10.5 Damaged or Incorrect Product
a. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at mandy-treatments@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
b. We will provide a suitable solution (replacement or refund).

11. Cancellation or Termination by the Entrepreneur
11.1 Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments reserves the right to cancel or postpone a treatment or order in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
11.2 In such cases, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose to reschedule or receive a refund.
12. Liability
12.1 Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments does not provide medical treatments or medical advice.
12.2 The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information in advance regarding their health, medical conditions, medication use, allergies and any other circumstances that may be relevant to the treatment.
12.3 In the case of a medical condition, physical complaint, pregnancy or any doubt about the suitability of a treatment, the customer is responsible for consulting a doctor or medical professional beforehand to determine whether the desired treatment is suitable.
12.4 Based on the information provided, Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments may decide not to perform a treatment, to modify it or to postpone it if there are concerns regarding the safety or suitability of the treatment.
12.5 Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments is not liable for damage resulting from the customer's failure to provide relevant health information, or from providing incorrect or incomplete information, insofar as the damage is caused by this.
12.6 All advice and suggestions are provided to the best of our knowledge and are not intended as a substitute for medical advice or medical treatment.
12.7 Liability is not excluded or limited insofar as such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.
13. Complaints Procedure
13.1 Complaints regarding a treatment, order or delivery can be submitted by email to mandy-treatments@outlook.com.
13.2 Please describe the nature of the complaint as clearly as possible and, where applicable, include the order number.
13.3 Complaints will be answered as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt.
13.4 If additional time is required to investigate the complaint, the customer will be informed accordingly.
13.5 Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments aims to resolve complaints by mutual agreement.
13.6 If the parties are unable to reach a solution, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court.
14. Privacy and Data Protection
14.1 Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments handles all personal data with care and in accordance with the GDPR.
14.2 Data is used solely to process orders, manage appointments, and communicate about services or products.

15. Force Majeure
15.1 In cases of force majeure (including illness, pandemics, government measures, natural disasters, or technical failures), Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments without liability for compensation.
16. Disputes and Applicable Law
16.1 These terms and all agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
16.2 Disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation; if not possible, they shall be submitted to the competent court in the district of the entrepreneur.
17. Final Provision
17.1 By booking a treatment or placing an order through the webshop, the client confirms having read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
