2. Applicability
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, treatments, appointments, agreements, and deliveries of products through the webshop of Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments.
2.2 By booking an appointment or placing an order, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
2.3 Any deviations from these conditions are valid only if confirmed in writing.
3. Offer
3.1 The offer includes a clear and complete description of the services and/or products provided.
3.2 Any errors or omissions in the offer are not binding for Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments.
3.3 The offer remains valid while stocks last or as long as the service is available.
4. Treatments at the Practice
4.1 Treatments are provided by appointment only at the practice in Wintelre, unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 The client is responsible for providing accurate and relevant health information prior to the treatment.
4.3 All treatments are non-medical and intended for relaxation and general well-being; they do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment.
4.4 In case of doubt about a medical condition or pregnancy, the client should consult a doctor beforehand.
4.5 Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments reserves the right to refuse or reschedule a treatment if it is considered medically or hygienically inappropriate.
5. Cancellation and Changes to Appointments
5.1 Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
5.2 If cancelled within 24 hours or in case of no-show, the full treatment fee will be charged.
5.3 In the event of illness or force majeure, a new appointment will be arranged in consultation.
5.4 For online bookings, the client receives an e-mail confirmation, which constitutes a binding agreement.
6. Prices and Payment
6.1 All prices are listed in euros and include VAT.
6.2 Current rates can be found on the official website of Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments.
6.3 When booking a treatment, the client may choose to:
a. Pay directly online during the booking process; or
b. Pay after the session, either in cash, by card, or via payment request at the practice.
6.4 All webshop orders must be paid in advance using one of the available payment methods.
6.5 In case of late payment or chargeback, Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments reserves the right to terminate the agreement or cancel the appointment.
7. Delivery of Webshop Products
7.1 Products are shipped within two working days after the order has been placed, unless otherwise stated or temporarily adjusted (for example, during holiday closures).
7.2 All orders are shipped via Sendcloud with Track & Trace, allowing the customer to track the package until delivery.
7.3 Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
7.4 If a delay occurs or a product is unavailable, the customer will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible.
7.5 The risk of damage or loss of goods remains with Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments until the order has been delivered to the customer.
8. Right of Withdrawal for Webshop Products
8.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason.
8.2 During this period, the customer must handle the product and packaging with care. Products may only be examined as they would be in a physical store.
8.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments by e-mail (mandy-treatments@outlook.com) within the 14-day period.
8.4 The full purchase amount, including the original delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
8.5 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
9. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
9.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
a. Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (such as opened oils, rollers, or earrings);
b. Custom-made or personalised products;
c. Services or treatments that have been fully carried out with the client’s prior consent.
10. Return Policy
10.1 Return Period and Notification
a. You may return your order within 14 days of receipt.
b. E-mail your return request to mandy-treatments@outlook.com within this period and include:
– your order number
– which products you wish to return
– the account holder’s name
– your IBAN
10.2 Return Conditions
a. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, intact packaging.
b. Pack items carefully to prevent transport damage.
c. Unless otherwise agreed, the return costs and shipping risk are borne by the consumer.
d. We recommend using a Track & Trace service.
10.3 Exceptions (Non-returnable Items)
a. Hygienic products that have been opened or used (e.g., earrings, oils, rollers).
b. Custom-made or personalised items.
c. Services or treatments fully executed with the client’s consent (see art. 9).
10.4 Refunds
a. Once your return has been correctly registered and received in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original delivery costs (if applicable).
b. Refunds are processed as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receipt of the return or proof of shipment, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
10.5 Damaged or Incorrect Product
a. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at mandy-treatments@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
b. We will provide a suitable solution (replacement or refund).

11. Cancellation or Termination by the Entrepreneur
11.1 Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments reserves the right to cancel or postpone a treatment or order in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
11.2 In such cases, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose to reschedule or receive a refund.
12. Liability
12.1 Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments is not liable for any injury, damage, or allergic reaction resulting from the use of products or treatments, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
12.2 The client is responsible for providing accurate health information prior to treatment.
12.3 All advice and suggestions are given to the best of knowledge but without any guarantee of specific results.
13. Complaints Procedure
13.1 Complaints regarding a treatment or delivery must be submitted by e-mail within 7 days of discovery.
13.2 Complaints will be answered within 14 days with a proposed solution.
13.3 If the complaint cannot be resolved amicably, the client may submit the dispute to the competent Dutch court or via the European ODR Platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
14. Privacy and Data Protection
14.1 Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments handles all personal data with care and in accordance with the GDPR.
14.2 Data is used solely to process orders, manage appointments, and communicate about services or products.

15. Force Majeure
15.1 In cases of force majeure (including illness, pandemics, government measures, natural disasters, or technical failures), Mandy Energetic and Massage Treatments reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments without liability for compensation.
16. Disputes and Applicable Law
16.1 These terms and all agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
16.2 Disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation; if not possible, they shall be submitted to the competent court in the district of the entrepreneur.
17. Final Provision
17.1 By booking a treatment or placing an order through the webshop, the client confirms having read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
