Shipping

Shipping within the Netherlands

I carefully pack your order and ship it within 1 working day, unless stated otherwise. In many cases, I’m able to ship your order the same day, depending on my schedule in the practice.

As I run Mandy Treatments on my own, shipping may occasionally take a little longer during busy days or when I’m off. This will always be clearly communicated.

Your order will be shipped via PostNL with track & trace, so you can follow your package.

Shipping costs

  • € 3.95 for letterbox delivery

  • € 6.70 for parcel delivery

 

For orders from € 75,-, shipping is free.

 

Please make sure to check your address details when placing your order.

Occasionally, delays may occur with the postal service. This is outside of my control, but delivery is usually quick and smooth.

 

Pick up your order
Would you prefer to collect your order? That’s possible in Wintelre. We’ll plan a time that suits you.

 

Shipping within Europe
Shipping within Europe is € 9.50.

Returns

I hope you’re happy with your order. If you would like to return an item, you can do so within 14 days after receiving it.

Please send an email within this period to mandy-treatments@outlook.com with:

  • your order number

  • which products you would like to return

  • the account holder’s name

  • your IBAN

After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

Once your return has been received in good condition, you will receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs (provided the product meets the return conditions).

Return conditions

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition

  • Please pack the items carefully to avoid damage during transport

  • Return shipping costs and risk are the responsibility of the customer

I will process your refund as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after your return has been registered. In most cases, this will be sooner.

Exceptions
Hygiene products cannot be returned, such as earrings and opened or used oils and rollers. Not sure if your product is eligible for return? Feel free to send a message, I’m happy to take a look with you.

Received a damaged or defective product?
That’s of course not intended. Please contact me as soon as possible via mandy-treatments@outlook.com, and I will provide a suitable solution.

You are entitled to a product that meets what you can reasonably expect. If something goes wrong within a reasonable period, I will look at a suitable solution together with you.
