Shipment of the order is within 1 and 2 working days, unless otherwise indicated and communicated.
Shipping costs are:
- € 2.50 for letterbox shipping without track and trace
- € 3.75 for letterbox shipping with track and trace
- €5.00 for parcel shipping
Shipping costs are free when spending € 75, -
When ordering, make sure you enter the correct address. Unfortunately, it may happen that delivery is delayed by postal companies due to circumstances, this is beyond our responsibility.

It is possible to pick up your order at our address in Wintelre, date and time are negotiable.
Europe
Shipping within Europe costs € 6.95
Return
Products can be shipped within 14 days of receipt be returned. Within this period you can make your return known by e-mail to mandy-treatments@outlook.com with the order number, which products are concerned, the name of the account holder and the account number. You will then receive a full refund of the purchase price including the shipping costs paid to deliver the package to you, provided that the return conditions are met.
Hygienic products except for return: think of earrings, used essential oils, rollers, etc. In case of doubt whether a product can be returned, please e-mail to mandy-treatments@outlook.com
Return conditions
As soon as we have received the package (without damage and user damage) we will refund the amount to you. Pack the return items properly and make sure that the correct return address has been entered. The costs for the return shipment and the risk of sending (loss of the package by the postal company) are for the consumer.
